1. To secure your privacy, you must first receive a client ID# and a case sensitive password. You may get this in person at the salon, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or over the phone – (905) 666-3805. To avoid any errors, do not book an appointment for yourself with someone else’s ID#.
2. After you log on, please update your client file – you may also change your Password. If you forget your password, you can get it again from the salon.
3. Follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment.
4. Please book all color services first followed by your cut within the same screen. Chemical services vary in price depending on length, thickness, time and products involved.
**PLEASE NOTE that blow dries are not included in colour services – any appointment with a Stylist must be booked separately, after your colour service** We have Self Dry Rooms available for those who only want a colour service.
5. To avoid long waiting times between chemical services please specify the correct length of hair to ensure you are scheduled correctly. Certain services cannot be booked online as a consultation always has to be booked prior. These services include extension installations, perms, and relaxers.
- Any cancellations, or changes to appointment must be done within 24 hours of appointment time. Cancellations and changes cannot be made online; please call Valentino’s during business hours at (905) 666-3805, or email us at email@example.com.
- If you feel you would be more comfortable with a certain stylist, please let us know. Remember, we work as a team and it is our mission to provide you with the best service! Non-requested appointments are subject to change without notice.
